Financing: Financing jewelry has never been easier. Marquardt Jewelers provides a 12 month financing plan at no cost. Interest normally charged is deferred for the financing term. A penalty fee of 30% is issued if the balance is not paid in full by the end of the 12 month term. Contact us if you would like to participate!

Gift Cards: All gift cards purchases are transacted via square.com. Redeemable at Marquardt Jewelers store and online. Not redeemable for cash. Gift cards are subject to the terms of the Square gift card agreement. Remaining balances may be checked at square.com.

Promotions: Coupon codes are sent to the email address provide at signup. You must provide a valid email address to receive coupon codes from Marquardt Jewelers. 10% off is applied at checkout for first-time customers. Seasonal discounts are subject to the terms shown on our home page. Only one coupon code may be applied per purchase per customer. Coupon codes are one time use only and are not transferable between customers.

Custom Jewelry Designs: It takes our jewelers up to 3 weeks to complete the beautiful and delicate craftsmanship required for our custom jewelry pieces. Please give them ample time to complete the design to your satisfaction. You may contact our store for specific design inquiries and pricing. You may also schedule an appointment through our Services page under Bridal Consultations or Custom Consultations to discuss custom engagement rings, settings for diamonds or other gemstones, and more!

Services: Consultation services and inspections are always free at Marquardt Jewelers. Since jewelry varies greatly by type and design, costs for cleaning, repair, and custom design services will depend on the unique properties of the item. Navigate to our services page to schedule an in-person or online appointment with our jewelers. Alternatively, you may opt to press the chat button in the bottom right of your screen to email us your inquiry.

Returns: Any item purchased at Marquardt Jewelers is refundable up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Just email us at info@marquardtjewelers.com to arrange your return! If you are unhappy with sizing, just contact us and we'll resize your ring for free.
