What to expect at your appointment

We recommend making an appointment but walk-ins are welcome. Your appointment will last about 20 minutes.

The first thing you get to do is pick out your chain; we offer 14k yellow and white gold. We’ll then measure the chain to get just the right fit for you.

The welding process is quick and easy. We have a tabletop arc welder that, with a touch or two of the chain, will fuse together the open chain link.

If the length needs to be adjusted, we’re happy to do so.

Pricing varies and is based on the chain style.

Is it really permanent?

Yes and No. We cannot guarantee how long the bracelet will last, there are too many variables. If you need to remove it for any reason, they can easily be removed at home with a wire cutter or even nail clippers depending on the thickness of the chain.

How old do you have to be?

You have to be 17 to get a permanent bracelet and no younger than 12. If under 17, we require a Parent or Guardian be present.

What about Anklets and Necklaces?

We can do both but don't recommend anklets because they don't tend to last long.

What if my permanent jewelry breaks or stretches?

Don't Worry! Just save the chain and we can reattach for a small fee.
