Marquardt Jewelers abides by Facebook & Instagram data use restrictions. As advertisers on Facebook & Instagram, Marquardt Jewelers may collect your information in the same manner as specified herein, though only to assess performance of our advertising campaigns. Information collected through Facebook & Instagram is shared with our third party marketing affiliate company, Go Go Gizmobot, LLC. Marquardt Jewelers does not assume responsibility for the privacy practices of Go Go Gizmobot, LLC. Marquardt Jewelers does not monetize any data collected through Facebook & Instagram; however, does reserve the right to transfer that data in the event of a sale of the company, or acquisition or merger.

 The GDPR took effect on May 25, 2018, and is intended to protect the data of European Union citizens. Although Marquardt Jewelers markets its site, content, products and services online, it does not market to the European Union or conduct business there. If the data you provide while using this site falls under the GDPR, Marquardt Jewelers will follow any relevant portions. In accordance with federal law, Marquardt Jewelers does not knowingly collect personal information of children under the age of thirteen. Our advertising campaigns target only potential customers above the age of thirteen. If Marquardt Jewelers discovers that any data collected can personally identify a child under the age of thirteen, in accordance with the privacy policy of this site, that information will be deleted. Since Marquardt Jewelers does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of thirteen, it also does not distribute this type of information to third parties. Marquardt Jewelers does not condone the participation of children under thirteen in reference to the privacy policy, and terms of use of, this site.

Any credit card transactions, submitted emails, or other transfers of information or communications, will be processed by Marquardt Jewelers through GoDaddy.  When used for marketing or advertising purposes, such information may be shared with our third party marketing affiliate company, Go Go Gizmobot, LLC.

6)  Changes to Personal Data on Record

In the event you find errors in any personal data provided to Marquardt Jewelers, you reserve the right to correct or change that information.
